How to download Windows games from Steam on Mac OS
If you are like and who goes to the office with a MacOS but uses a Windows machine at home to play videos but wants to use the fast internet connection to download games during working hours then you have come to the right place!

Steam CMD
steamcmd is supported officially by Valve and can be downloaded here. Download windows games on mac is only one of the features that it supports and one that we will cover today.
Like the names suggests steamcmd is run from the terminal. So open a terminal and paste the following command to download steamcmd and start downloading your game.
In this example we are downloading csgo which has the id 740. If you want to download another game you can go check the id at https://steamdb.info/apps/. For example the steam id of Dota 2 is 570 and PUBG 578080.
